  • We typically begin breakfast deliveries at 7:30 AM and lunch rounds from 10:00 AM. If you need your order at a specific point in the window, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise you. For those who need a precise time, we can arrange a dedicated courier for a small additional fee.

  • We provide free delivery throughout Central London. If you are located further afield, don't worry - we are happy to deliver outside London and can provide a delivery quote based on your location.

  • Absolutely. We automatically email an electronic invoice on the day of your delivery. If it hasn’t landed in your inbox, please let us know at orders@frescolondon.co.uk and we’ll resend it. We also offer pre payment options for your convenience.

  • Everything is prepared fresh on the morning of your delivery and transported in refrigerated vans. To keep your food at its best, store it in a cool spot away from direct sunlight. Our platters are designed to stay perfect for up to 4 hours at room temperature.

  • If you’re checking on a delivery, please email orders@frescolondon.co.uk. We can contact our drivers immediately to provide you with a real time update on their progress.

  • In short: it's one satisfying portion! This usually means two slices of bread with filling, cut into four triangles. However, a "round" might also be a whole baguette, a specialty roll cut into portions, or two smaller artisan rolls. We ensure every "round" is a hearty, complete serving.

  • Safety is our top priority. While our kitchens follow rigorous protocols to minimise cross-contamination, we do handle all 14 major allergens on-site. Therefore, we cannot 100% guarantee that any item is entirely allergen-free. Please notify us of any allergies when ordering and ensure that this information is clearly communicated to your guests before they tuck in.

We focus on responsible sourcing with nominated suppliers, energy efficiency through efficient equipment, water saving cleaning and food preparation methods and thoughtful menus to ensure our units operate in ways that are both ethical and environmentally aware. At Fresco, sustainability is not a trend, its part of our DNA. Every decision we make is guided by care for our customers, our community and the environment we all share.
